Delancey Von Langendoerfer is a Pacific Northwest–based West Coast Swing dancer whose journey began with a love for movement, music, and connection. She discovered West Coast Swing after exploring other dance styles and was immediately drawn to the dance’s blend of structure and creative freedom. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a deep commitment to developing strong fundamentals, musicality, and intentional partnership.

As a competitor, Delancey values growth and experience as much as results. She has competed across multiple divisions, using each event as an opportunity to refine her technique, deepen her understanding of connection, and challenge herself in new ways. Known for her grounded presence and thoughtful approach, she brings adaptability and clear communication to every partnership, whether on the social floor or the competition floor.

Beyond competition, Delancey is passionate about community-building within West Coast Swing. She believes supportive, inclusive spaces are essential to dancer growth and strives to contribute to environments where curiosity is encouraged and dancers feel empowered to explore their voices. Her approach to dance emphasizes trust, musical expression, and continuous learning—principles that guide her both as a competitor and as a member of the broader WCS community.
